Paul Grunkowski is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical and human resources recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Codeworks, Inc. since March 2019, Paul manages full-cycle recruiting processes while developing effective sourcing strategies for Information Technology candidates. Previously, Paul worked as a Senior Recruiter at Alta Resources and a Human Resources Field Representative at Dollar General, achieving significant placement success and introducing training standards for management development. Paul’s career began in the US Navy, where Paul held several key recruitment leadership roles, culminating in the position of Director/Chief Recruiter. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Touro University California.
