Kamrin MacKnight

Kamrin MacKnight has a diverse work experience in the field of intellectual property and law. They began their career as a Partner and Attorney at Medlen & Carroll, specializing in intellectual property. Later, they joined Genencor Division of Danisco US Inc. as a Director Intellectual Property, managing patents and trademarks related to various industries. Kamrin then moved on to become Chief Patent Counsel & Sr. Director at Codexis, where they played a crucial role in shaping the company's business and IP strategy. They also held the position of Chief Patent Counsel & VP of Intellectual Property at Codexis, leading a high-performance legal team and advising the board and C-level team on strategic matters. Additionally, Kamrin served as a Board Member and Secretary at STOCKTON FOLK DANCE CAMP, contributing to the organization's leadership team. They also held various positions at Palo Alto Foothills Tracking Association, Inc. (PAFTA) and RED THISTLE DANCERS INC, where they were involved in promoting traditional folk dances and canine tracking tests.
