Varsha Damle

Varsha Damle has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in various companies. Varsha currently holds the role of VP, Portfolio Optimization and Commercial Development at Codexis, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Sierra Oncology as Sr. Director, Commercial Analytics and Operations, where they led efforts to develop and influence commercial strategies. Before that, they held multiple positions at Aimmune Therapeutics, including Senior Director, Commercial Operations & Analytics and Director, Commercial Effectiveness. Varsha also worked at ZS Pharma, Inc. as Director of Salesforce Effectiveness and Associate Director of Salesforce Effectiveness, where they were responsible for driving salesforce sizing and deployment, incentive compensation plan design, and managed care analytics. Varsha started their career at BizInsights Inc as a Consultant and worked at Google as a Sr. Compensation Analyst. Varsha has also previously worked at CV Therapeutics, Eli Lilly and Company, and ZS Associates in various roles related to incentive compensation, data analysis, and commercial strategy.

Varsha Damle has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Research from North Carolina State University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from COEP Technological University. Varsha also holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Anthropology from San Jose State University.
