Caro Melendez is a Co-Founder of Foras and has held various roles in community coordination and partnerships at CodeYourFuture, including Head of Scotland & Global Partnerships. As Head of Operations at Startup Grind Scotland and Operations Manager at WelcoMe, Caro has demonstrated strong leadership skills in operational environments. Previous experience also includes roles as a Travel Advisor and Senior People Consultant, alongside entrepreneurial endeavors. Caro's education includes a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management from ICS Learn and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Arturo Prat.
