Georg Friedrich

Georg Friedrich is the VP of Engineering at Codezero Technologies Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this, Georg served as SVP, Engineering at Redbubble from August 2009 to November 2022, contributing to the company's mission of establishing a global marketplace for independent artists. Within Redbubble, Georg held several key positions, including Head of Platforms, Director of Engineering for Scalability, and Interim CTO. Georg was instrumental in developing the engineering career ladder and integrating it into hiring and review processes. Earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Software Engineer at PrintSoft and Co-Founder & Lead Software Developer at betterplace.org, with a foundational background as a Software Developer at various companies including STRATO AG and data experts gmbh. Georg holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (BA) degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, completed between 2001 and 2004.
