Tyler Ojeda

Tyler Ojeda has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Tyler currently works at Codility as a Senior Technical Product Consultant, where they provide Tier 2 support and efficiently resolves client support requests and escalations. Prior to this, Tyler worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Paylocity, where they monitored and prioritized cases and phone calls from end-users experiencing software and computer-related problems. Tyler also supported technical issues through remote desktop management tools and maintained interactions throughout their lifecycle.

Before joining Paylocity, Tyler had roles at Walt Disney World as a Resort Concierge and a Monorail Pilot. Tyler began their career in the hospitality industry at Holland America Line and Princess Cruises Alaska and the Yukon as a Line Cook. Tyler also gained administrative experience as an Athletic Administrative Assistant at the University of Connecticut.

Tyler Ojeda began their education by attending Valencia College from 2014 to 2015, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Tyler then went on to the University of Central Florida from 2016 to 2017 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Tyler obtained the "Google IT Support Professional Certificate" from Coursera in September 2020. Tyler also earned the "Foundations of Cybersecurity" and "Play It Safe: Manage Security Risks" certifications from Google in May 2023. Furthermore, they obtained the "Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)" certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2022.
