Jonalis Carrasquillo‑Young

While attending Umass, Jonalis was granted the opportunity to enter the field of property management where she worked from a leasing agent to her most recent role as a Senior Community Director. In 2016, Jonalis was award “Community Manger of the Year” and in 2017, she was nominated as “Community Manager of the Year” through the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Rental Housing Association Trade Show Conference. Most recently, Jonalis had oversight of over 500+ homes in the south shore market, where she successfully managed the day to day operations on the service and administration side of the communities she ran.
