Vidar Kalvoy

Vidar Kalvoy is an experienced portfolio manager with a strong focus on the energy sector and renewable opportunities. Currently serving at Coeli since August 2019, Vidar specializes in high-risk adjusted returns in decarbonization and renewable energy investments. Previously, Vidar managed a market-neutral energy portfolio at Horizon Asset for nine years, achieving significant growth and low volatility. Early career roles include positions as an investment consultant at Fortelus Capital Management, a junior portfolio manager specializing in energy sectors at MKM Longboat Capital Advisors, and equity research analyst roles at DZ Bank and DnB NOR Markets, where Vidar conducted extensive company analyses and valuations. Vidar’s education includes an MBA from IESE Business School and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
