Brian Matlock has a comprehensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Brian is currently working as the Vice President of Food and Beverage at Coen since October 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Buc-ee's, Ltd., including Director Buc-ee's, Ltd., Director of Food Service & Beverage, and Director of Package and Dispensed Beverage. Brian also served as the Vice President of Marketing & Store Operations at Molo Oil Company from August 2012 to September 2016. Additionally, they worked as the Senior Director of Food Service at CEFCO Convenience Stores from March 2010 to August 2012 and as the Director of Food Service at Tedeschi Food Shops, Inc. from March 2008 to March 2010. Brian Matlock also has experience as the President of Cafe Oro Coffee from April 2004 to January 2010, and as the Vice President Foodservice at Rutter's Farm Stores from 2005 to 2007. Brian started their career as the Division Fresh Food and Beverage Manager at 7-Eleven from April 1997 to April 2004. Prior to their civilian career, they served in the United States Marine Corps as a USMC NCO Devil Dog from 1993 to 1997.
Brian Matlock has a background in Diplomatic Security, having studied at the USMC (United States Marine Corps).
