Bruce Melillo

Bruce Melillo is an experienced professional in training and management with a diverse background in retail and sales. Currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Coen Markets since June 2023, Bruce previously held various roles at Frito-Lay, including Route Sales Representative and Field Training Specialist. Bruce's extensive experience also includes significant positions at 7-Eleven and CVS/pharmacy, where roles ranged from Store Manager to Field Training Consultant. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Secondary Education and Teaching from PennWest Clarion and attended Westmoreland County Community College.
