Jason Cooper is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and customer service leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Senior Field Recruiter at Coen since April 2019, Jason also contributes as a Coach at Soccer Shots Franchising since January 2022. Previous roles include Recruiter and General Manager at Speedway LLC, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing retail operations and staffing for a high-sales environment. At Knights of Columbus, Jason excelled as a Field Agent, achieving the highest life volume and Long Term Care policies in the agency in 2003. Jason holds an MBA from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from PennWest California.
