Brian Cogley

Brian Cogley has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Brian is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Coeptis Therapeutics since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Manager at CFGI from February 2022 to May 2023, where they provided accounting and financial consulting services to various clients. From November 2017 to February 2022, Brian was the Vice President of Finance & Accounting at NexTier Bank, where they managed and supervised all accounting and finance operations. Previous to that, they worked at Calgon Carbon Corporation as a Global Cash Manager from May 2016 to October 2017 and as a Senior Accountant from July 2015 to April 2016. Brian also has experience as a Financial Analyst at TriState Capital Bank from April 2012 to July 2015. Brian began their career at KPMG, where they served as a Senior Audit Associate from July 2010 to April 2012 and as an Audit Associate from August 2008 to June 2010.

Brian Cogley has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Duquesne University Palumbo Donahue School of Business, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the same institution, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
