Alberto Schiavon

Alberto Schiavon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Alberto is currently working as the Group Health, Safety, and Environmental Program Director at Coesia S.p.A. since December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Group Health and Safety Manager at Pirelli from April 2020 to December 2022. Alberto also served as the Group HSE Senior Manager at Coesia S.p.A. from December 2013 to April 2020. Alberto has held positions such as Quality & HSE Director and EHS Country Manager at Forgital Italy S.P.A. from 2007 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Alberto worked as an EHS Officer at ITT Lowara and as a Consultant and Researcher on HSE management and improvement techniques at Università degli Studi di Padova - Centro Studi Qualità Ambiente and C.U.R.A. - Consorzio Universitario di Ricerca Applicata.

Alberto Schiavon holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Environment from the Università degli Studi di Padova, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the same university, between 1992 and 1999. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH in 2017 and the Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in 2006.
