Alessandro Milani

Alessandro Milani has held various positions in the field of human resources. Alessandro started their career at Eni, where they completed an internship in the HR function. Alessandro then joined Saipem as an Overseas and Staff Organisation Analyst, where they were responsible for organizational design and process analysis. Later, they became an Organisation Specialist at Saipem, focusing on activities such as reviewing financial processes and defining corporate governance tools. Since 2016, Alessandro has been working at Coesia S.p.A., initially as an Organization and HR M&A Senior Specialist, then as an Organization and HR Digital Manager, and currently as the Head of Compensation & Benefits.

Alessandro Milani attended Università Bocconi from 2004 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Management with a specialization in Organizzazione e Risorse Umane.
