Gennaro Cangiano

Gennaro Cangiano is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Development and the Head of Human Resources Management & Development at Eni since October 2022. In addition, Gennaro holds the position of Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding at Eni International Resources Limited for the Italian branch. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at EniProgetti, HR Business Partner at Eni Rewind, and various leadership positions at Eni from 2002 to 2020, culminating as Organization Vice President overseeing exploration, upstream, and technical activities. Gennaro holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, earned between 1996 and 2001.
