Federico Paparella has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. federico started their career in 2004 as a Senior Consultant in the grocery retailing industry. federico worked on projects related to organizational redesign, business process re-engineering, and retail marketing. In 2009, Federico ventured into entrepreneurship and became a retail business owner and co-founder of a t-shirt brand start-up. In 2013, they joined Coesia S.p.A. and held several positions, including Senior Specialist in HR M&A, North America & Mexico HR Process & Project Manager, and Director of HR Business Partner for the Industrial Market Solutions Division. federico successfully led change management initiatives, implemented performance management systems, and supported HR due diligence and integration post-acquisition. In 2016, Federico became the Director of HR Business Partner for Coesia International, where they reduced employee attrition, re-organized and strengthened the HR team, and supported company growth through hiring and onboarding. Since 2019, they have been the Director of HR Business Partner for Coesia International, R.A Jones & MGS, where they have continued to drive engagement initiatives and develop HR strategies. Currently, Federico holds the position of Director HR Business Partner Division Industrial Market Solutions at Coesia S.p.A.
