Neil Minkoff

Minkoff brings more than 20 years of market access experience serving across a variety of roles in several companies. His previous employer experience includes serving as the Medical Director for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Associate Medical Director of Partners Community Healthcare, Co-Chair of Medical Management and of P&T for the CareGroup Network, Medical Director for Waltham Hospital and Commissioner of the Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission. In addition to his other work, Neil was Chief Medical Officer for a small company working on patient data where he helped develop the PRO Portal for capturing self-reported patient outcomes and clinical information to measure real-world experience.
