Mihales Karasavas

Mihales Karasavas has extensive experience in the field of commercial solutions and technology for the pharmaceutical industry. Mihales is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at COEUS Solutions since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IQVIA from 2017 to 2021, where they held the position of Client Partner, Emerging Biopharma. In this role, Mihales was responsible for nationwide business development and customer relationship management for pre-commercial biopharma organizations. Mihales represented a range of commercial products and services, including data, consulting, and technology solutions.

Before joining IQVIA, Mihales held the position of Managing Director, Emerging Biopharma Solutions at HighPoint Solutions from 2016 to 2017. Mihales led a team and oversaw business development and customer relationship management for a portfolio of biotechnology companies. Prior to this, Mihales established their own consulting firm, Karamico Consulting, LLC, where they served as President & Independent Consultant, specializing in commercial technology solutions from 2014 to 2016.

From 2008 to 2014, Mihales worked at HighPoint Solutions as Senior Director, Commercial Solutions Practice. Mihales co-founded the practice and was responsible for business growth initiatives, service delivery, and client relationship management. Mihales also managed a team of 45 employees and contractors to deliver technology assessments, implementations, and ongoing support services.

Earlier in their career, Mihales served as a Senior Business Analyst at C3i Inc from 2003 to 2008, focusing on pharmaceutical commercial technology solutions. Mihales performed numerous Siebel Pharma CRM implementations for U.S. clients during this time. Prior to that, Mihales worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC / IBM Global Business Solutions as a Senior Configuration Specialist for pharmaceutical technology solutions from 2000 to 2003.

Mihales Karasavas holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Science & Information Systems / Business Logistics from Penn State University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Veeva Certified Architect (CRM, Vault) from Veeva Systems in 2013, Certified Negotiator from Dr. Karas Institute in 2009, and Sales & Service Cloud Certified Administrator and Siebel Certified Architect from SFDC and Seibel respectively.
