Felicia Tsai

Felicia Tsai currently serves as an HR Manager at Coface since September 2023, focusing on various HR operational functions such as recruitment, training activities, compensation and benefits, and payroll processing. Prior to this role, Felicia was an HR Business Partner at Wistron from November 2021 to August 2023, where strategic initiatives in multiple business groups were led. Previously, Felicia held HR Business Partner positions at BSI, provided expatriate support at CECI Engineering Consultants, and managed talent acquisition and development at Chailease Finance and Pou Chen Group. Felicia began the career as a Talent Acquisition Intern at UTAC. Felicia holds a Master of Business Administration in International Human Resources Development from National Taiwan Normal University, completed in 2012.
