Jenine Spadafino

Jenine Spadafino is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles in prominent financial and corporate organizations. Currently serving as the SVP Head of Human Resources for North America at Coface, Jenine has previously held key positions such as Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Humanscale and Senior HR Business Partner at UBS. Other significant roles include serving as SVP Human Resources Executive at Bank of America and VP Senior Global HR Business Partner at JPMorgan Chase. Jenine holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Marist College.
