Mykayla Banyai

Mykayla Banyai currently serves as the Head of People at Cofactr since September 2024. Previously, Mykayla held the position of Director of Talent and People at Primary.Health from December 2020 to August 2024, leading a team of seven in managing HR and recruiting functions. Mykayla was also the first HR hire at Primary.Health, where responsibilities included building the HR department during a significant scale-up from 14 to over 190 employees. Earlier experience includes roles as an HR Specialist at XYZ and in People Operations at The Bouqs Company, as well as working as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global. Mykayla holds an HR Management Extension from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication and Psychology from North Dakota State University.
