Alberto Silva is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Engineer and Asset Manager at COFCO International since July 2021, Alberto is responsible for managing tickets, configuring hardware and software, and providing local and global support, alongside asset management and IT implementation support.
