Marcus Seelbach

Marcus Seelbach is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Group Head of Human Resources at COFCO International, Marcus previously held various leadership positions at Noble Group, including Global HR Director for the Agriculture Platform, EMEA, and South America, as well as for the Energy Platform. Additional experience includes roles at Airbus, where duties encompassed Global HR Business Partner for Procurement and Head of People Development & Resourcing. Earlier in their career, Marcus worked at Siemens as an HR Manager. Marcus Seelbach holds a master's degree in law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, obtained in 1993.
