Jojo Aricat has a diverse work experience in the field of network security engineering. They started their career in 1993 as a Network Engineer at Microland Ltd., where they managed and supported network infrastructure for various companies such as Oracle ODC India and Titan Industries. In 1997, they joined EDS @Hitachi Data Systems as an Infrastructure Specialist, responsible for implementing and supporting network infrastructure and Novel Netware installations. They worked on projects like setting up frame relay networks and migrating from Novel Netware to Windows NT domain.
In 2001, Jojo Aricat moved to EDS @Palm Inc. as an Infrastructure Specialist Sr., where they played a key role in setting up the Cisco-based campus network and VoIP for the new headquarters during Palm Inc.'s spin-off from 3Com.
From 2005 to 2008, they worked at EDS as a Sr. Security Engineer, providing network security design and engineering consultation for major accounts. They also led complex data center migrations and collaborated with client CISOs and ASOs to implement secure hosting environments. They later became the Technical Lead for Services Delivery Network, responsible for maintaining the security and health of the internal network environment.
At HP Enterprise Services, Jojo Aricat served as the Global Lead for Network Security Engineering from 2010 to 2017. They were responsible for leading and developing NFV management and orchestration solutions for enterprises. They also built and rolled out scalable NFV offerings for customer premises and data centers.
In 2017, Jojo Aricat joined Tufin as a Team Lead for Solutions Engineering, overseeing the US-South and LATAM regions. They held this role until 2022, providing guidance and consultation on network security offerings, supporting sales with RFP responses, and designing secure and scalable security architectures for client hosting needs.
Currently, Jojo Aricat is working as a Sr. Sales Engineer at Cofense, starting in March 2022.
Jojo Aricat has a strong educational background in technology and engineering. In 1989, they started their undergraduate studies at Bharathidasan University, focusing on Electronics & Communication. Jojo successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in 1993.
Continuing their education, Jojo pursued a Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1995 to 1997. This degree provided him with a deeper understanding of software development and systems.
