Martin Polczyk

Martin Polczyk is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Cofermin Group since November 2022, Martin previously held the same title at thyssenkrupp Materials Trading GmbH from May 2018 to September 2022 and at thyssenkrupp for over a decade, where responsibilities included Head of Trading Ferro Alloys and Metals and Senior Trader roles. Early career experience includes a practical internship at Porsche in 2002-2003.
