Rachel Turchin serves as Senior Director of Technology and Innovation at COFFEE Labs since August 2023. Previously, Turchin held various roles at Paramount from December 2005 to December 2022, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Strategy & Production, Marketing Innovation, where responsibilities included the launch of innovative advertising products and campaigns for digital marketing. As Digital Advertising Director, Turchin oversaw numerous custom interactive video and display campaigns, generating over $25 million in revenue, and managed budgets and vendor contracts. Turchin's earlier roles at Paramount included Digital Advertising Manager, Digital Marketing and Strategy Manager, Sales Service Executive, and National Sales Coordinator. Turchin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
