Deborah Moschioni

Deborah Moschioni has held various Human Resources roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Talent Manager for AIESEC. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for CrossLend GmbH, where they hired 25+ people while the company was still in stealth mode and other 40+ people after the website went live. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Grover. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for Factory Berlin, where they hired 50+ people. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Head Of Human Resources for Coffee Circle. Currently, they are a Leadership Coach for Deborah Moschioni Coaching.

Deborah Moschioni is currently pursuing a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from the Animas Centre for Coaching. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Università degli Studi di Trieste. Deborah also participated in a European Exchange Program at Heidelberg University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Employee Experience Design from the Employee Experience Design Lab, DSH3 (Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang) from Heidelberg University, and the TOEFL Test from The TOEFL® test.
