Dora Noszko-Horvath is a professional with a diverse background in hospitality and project management. Currently serving as a Project Assistant at Coffee Fellows since June 2022, Dora previously held the position of Housekeeping Manager at Victor's Residenz-Hotels for eight years and at Europe Hotels International for over a year. Early career experience includes a role as Call Center Supervisor at Motiware Kft. Dora holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Tourism and Catering, from Széchenyi István Egyetem.

Coffee Fellows ist ein Coffeeshop-Konzept made in Germany. Seit dem Verkauf des ersten Kaffees bis heute mit über 240 Filialen, wird Coffee Fellows als Familienbetrieb von Kathrin und Stefan Tewes geführt. Die beiden legen viel Wert auf eine vertrauensvolle, persönliche Beziehung zu ihren Franchisepartnern. Ein direkter Austausch, die gegenseitige Unterstützung, sowie ein faires Geben und Nehmen sind bei Coffee Fellows an der Tagesordnung. Dieses Vertrauensverhältnis ist, unserer Meinung nach, die Basis des langjährigen Erfolgs des Konzepts.
