In charge of marketing strategy for Duracell Asia Pacific with specific responsibility of designing and executing marketing plans and product launches for Asia, seasonal commercial activities, and media strategy., Business leader accountable for sales, profit and share on both brands with specific responsibility of localizing global plans, create top-up customer specific initiatives and defining retail strategy., Led the design of brand launches and marketing plans creating complete marketing tool kits including traditional, digital and PR elements for execution by local teams. In addition, responsible for Pantene India sales growth and budget management., Accountable for sales and share growth of Tide and successful acquisition and transition of Ambi Pur with specific responsibility of executing and localizing regional marketing plans, creating additional business gap closure plans and guiding market strategy with locally relevant insights.
