Vivian Hu has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Vivian began their career as an Administrative Assistant at QBE Insurance, where they maintained the company's focus on efficiency by registering 30 insurance claims per day and acquired basic skills in Microsoft Excel. In 2015, they took on an internship as a CRM Marketing Executive at the ZALORA Group. Vivian then worked as a Regional CRM Executive, Senior Regional CRM Executive, and Regional CRM Associate Manager at the same company, where they were the project owner of lifecycle campaign migration to a new platform, drove increase in revenue with the development of new campaigns, and conceptualized and completed the roll out of a new Year-In-Review campaign. In 2022, they began working as a CRM Manager, Global at Coffee Meets Bagel.
Vivian Hu completed their Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing and Corporate Communications at Singapore Management University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Anderson Junior College from 2011 to 2012 and Chung Cheng High School (Yishun) from 2007 to 2010. In 2021, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the ZALORA Group and a Braze Certified Marketer certification from Braze.
