Diego del Aguila

Diego del Aguila is an experienced professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Founder of Estudio Café since November 2022. Diego has held the position of Q Grader at the Coffee Quality Institute since October 2021 and has been an Accepted SCA Trainer with the Specialty Coffee Association since October 2020, providing training and certification for baristas and brewers. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Instructor and Specialist in Roasting/Education at Anacafé Guatemala from September 2013 to April 2022, where Diego led a team and trained baristas. Diego's career began as an Educational Guide at Museo de los Niños from May 2010 to September 2013. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Administration from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a certification in Barista Skills from the Specialty Coffee Association.
