Elena L. possesses extensive experience in the coffee industry, currently serving on the Leadership Team at Coffee Roasters Guild and as a Managing Partner at NATIVE SEEDS SPECIALTY COFFEE since January 2020. Elena's roles also include being a Q Certified Coffee Grader for Coffee Quality Institute and a WCE Certified International Judge since May 2018. Previously, as Country Manager and Colombia Green Coffee Buyer for Ally Coffee, responsibilities included opening a major sourcing headquarters, team leadership, and procurement planning. Additional experience includes consulting roles with Sena CEET and coffee supply chain management at Azahar Coffee Company and Caravela Coffee. Elena holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia, along with other relevant qualifications and certifications in global postharvest loss prevention and coffee roasting.
