Jonathan Hutchins

Jonathan Hutchins is an accomplished professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Founder of William & Sons Coffee Co. USA and William & Sons Coffee Company, both established in 2013, while also holding the title of Q Grader at the Coffee Quality Institute since 2019. As a member of the Specialty Coffee Association, Jonathan has been deeply involved in the coffee community. Additionally, Jonathan founded Farmer2city in 2013 and previously directed English Consulting Ltda., focusing on Ed Tech, e-learning, and translation services. Jonathan’s diverse experiences include roles as a Graduate Assistant at Northland International University, a Shipping Coordinator at Eagle Printing, a Construction Worker at G.L. Greenwood Builders, and a Student/Researcher with International Travel and Internships. Jonathan holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Master of Arts from Northland International University, as well as certifications in Brazilian Portuguese from Escola de Português para Estrangeiros de São Paulo.

Since 1996, Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) has worked to improve the quality of coffee and the lives of people who produce it.
