Mohammed Ruthan is a seasoned professional in the coffee industry, currently serving as Roastery Manager at Ashjar Cafe since December 2023, while also holding positions as Q Arabica Grader with Coffee Quality Institute and Authorized SCA Trainer with the Specialty Coffee Association since early 2023. With a robust background, Mohammed has been Chief Operating Officer and Research and Development Manager at Royal Lab & Roastery since April 2022, and has contributed as a Coffee Trainer with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation since July 2020. Previous roles include Certified Judge with World Coffee Events and Academy Supervisor at The Coffee Group Academy.
