Douglas Rondon

Douglas Rondon began their career in 2012 as a Technical Support Intern at the Instituto de Ciências Matemáticas e de Computação (ICMC) - USP. In 2015, they took on the role of Teacher Assistant at the Universidade de São Paulo. In 2016, they joined CoffeeBean Technology, where they held the roles of Software Engineer Intern, Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer and Customer Success Manager, and Head of Sales and Alliances.

Douglas Rondon's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed in 2016, and an Exchange degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2015. Douglas is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Sales and High Performance Results from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, which they began in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Sales Management from FGV in 2021, Design Thinking from FIAP in 2021, Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2020, Business Futures: Omni-channel Retailing and Supply Chains from RMIT University in 2020, Certified CyberSecurity Specialist from ICSI (International CyberSecurity Institute), UK in 2020, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2020, Extension in Quality Management from Centro Universitário UniDomBosco in 2019, Adwords Certification from Google in 2016, and Inbound Sales from HubSpot in 2016.
