Venka Reddy is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various organizations spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of HR at Coforge, Venka Reddy specializes in LowCodeNoCode and Advanced Technologies People Strategy within a global digital IT solutions context. Prior to this role, Venka Reddy held significant positions at Infosys as Global HR Business Partner and Location HR Head, and at Bajaj Finserv as Head HRBP & HR CoE. Venka Reddy's career also includes positions at CURA Software Solutions and Capgemini, where leadership in HR strategy and operations was demonstrated.
