Jess J.

Jess J. serves as the Director of Product Design/User Experience Design at Coforma, where design leadership was demonstrated in launching a consumer-centered Medical Bill Rights website project for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. As a User Experience and SEO/SEM Specialist at Jones Consulting LLC since 2012, Jess J. develops user experience strategies and provides comprehensive SEO services. Prior roles at UW-Madison include Interim Director of the Center for User Experience, where significant impacts were made in digital accessibility policy and student digital experience enhancements. In addition to project management and team supervision, Jess J. has also co-founded the Better by Design Conference, instructed UX courses at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has extensive experience in user experience architecture and design across various organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
