Anil Nashier

Anil Nashier has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and IT industry. Anil is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at COFRA Holding AG since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Mentor/Advisor at Welectric, where they contributed to the development of an AI-driven digital ecosystem for managing electric two-wheelers. Anil also worked at LeasePlan for over 20 years, holding positions such as Digital/IT Director and Director - IT Transformation. During their tenure at LeasePlan, they achieved significant cost reductions, outsourced legacy platforms, and implemented global governance processes. Anil played a key role in establishing a global CIO office and transforming the IT function. Anil started their career as a Senior Engineer at Wipro Infotech Group.

Anil Nashier completed a postgraduate program in Business Administration at the Institute of Management Technology from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 1989 and 1994. In 2010, they attended the London Business School for a specific course in Advanced Corporate Finance.
