Cristina Grace Quarry

Cristina Grace Quarry has extensive work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Cristina is currently employed at COFRA Holding AG as the Global Head of Organisational Development and Family HR. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Family HR and Global Talent at the same company. Cristina founded and directed Grace Leadership Limited for eight years. Cristina also worked at Royal Philips as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Leadership, Talent, and Learning, where they played a key role in reshaping global learning and talent management strategies. Cristina was a partner at The Silk Road Partnership and worked as an executive coach at Blue Sky Performance Improvement. Additionally, they held leadership positions at 3i Group plc and Whitehead Mann, and served as a Manager at The Boston Consulting Group. Their early career includes a role as Vice President at Prudential Bache Securities.

Cristina GRACE QUARRY completed their Bachelor's degree in International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 1985 and 1989. Cristina then pursued an MBA from INSEAD during the period of 1994 and 1995.
