Hans Sluijter

Hans Sluijter has extensive work experience in the field of IT operations and management. Hans is currently serving as the Head of IT Operations at COFRA Holding AG since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Amsterdam Trade Bank where they held various roles including Managing Director and Head of IT, Director and Head of IT Services, and Domain Manager for Business Technology and Change. Before their time at Amsterdam Trade Bank, Hans worked at HSBC as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager. Hans also has experience working at RobecoSAM as the Head of IT and Facility Management, Team Leader for Change in Retail, Sales, and Marketing, and Senior Project Manager. Hans started their career at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. where they served in several roles such as Vice President for Assurance Manager and Programme Manager. Overall, Hans Sluijter has a strong background in IT operations, project management, and leadership roles within the banking and financial industry.

Hans Sluijter completed their education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1991 to 1995, obtaining a BBA degree in International Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Chr. Lyceum Gouda from 1985 to 1988. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Certified Scrum Master in February 2012, with the certification provided by Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they obtained a Prince II Practitioner certification in 2010, without specifying the institution.
