Michael Gaudi is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leading information technology operations across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of IT Operations/Services, PMO, and Governance at Tandem Diabetes Care, Michael oversees a 50+ person team, implementing change management and budget processes within the first four months to enhance operational maturity. Previously, as Vice President of Information Technology and CIO at Inseego Corp, Michael spearheaded an IT transformation that achieved a 30% reduction in operational costs and migrated core systems to cloud platforms. Michael's tenure at Sony spanned two decades, where roles included Senior Vice President Information Systems and Head of Global Services Management Center, managing global IT operations for sales and marketing. Michael holds a BS in Engineering Science from UC San Diego and contributes to the MIS Advisory Board at San Diego State University.
