The Operations team at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club ensures seamless functioning across the entire complex. This includes managing event logistics, overseeing the pro shop, maintaining the golf courses, and managing groundskeeping efforts. Key roles involve the Director of Grounds Operations and Golf Operations Manager who coordinate to provide a top-notch golfing experience, while the Event Staff, Groundskeepers, and Outdoor Operations staff support daily activities and special events.
