James Cherry

James Cherry is a seasoned corporate professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Currently serving as Corporate Director at Cogeco Inc. since January 2016, Cherry also holds board member positions at Nieuport Aviation and AviAlliance, along with a consulting role at Arup. Previously, Cherry contributed to the Canada Infrastructure Bank and Logistec Corporation as a board member and corporate director, respectively. As President and CEO of ADM Aéroports de Montréal from June 2001 to December 2016, significant influence was exerted in the aviation sector. In addition, Cherry chaired governing boards for Airports Council International - North America and ACI World over a decade. Academic qualifications include a B.Com in Accounting and Finance and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University.
