Mathieu Chèvrefils, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various senior director and management roles in the customer service and call center operations field. Mathieu has worked at Cogeco Connexion as a Senior Director, overseeing call center operations and customer care centers in Quebec. Prior to that, they worked at the National Bank of Canada as a Senior Director, leading the transformation of customer contact centers across the organization. Mathieu also held positions at Desjardins and Banque Laurentienne, where they managed customer contact centers and virtual customer service teams.
Mathieu Chèvrefils, MBA holds a Bachelor's degree in Gestion from HEC Montréal, which they obtained from 2001 to 2007. Later, from 2011 to 2014, they pursued an MBA in Administration des affaires from the Université de Sherbrooke.
