Rick Lyman

Rick Lyman has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Rick started their career at Shaw Communications as an Operations Manager from 1992 to 1996. Rick then joined Cogeco Connexion, where they worked in various roles including Technical Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Director of Network Operations. From 2005 to 2015, they served as the Director of Field Services. Finally, they held the position of Senior Director Technical Operations from 2015 until their departure in 2019.

Rick Lyman has completed studies in various fields. Rick has pursued Business Administration and Management, General at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Rick also studied at Queen's University, specifically the Queens School of Business. Additionally, they have gained knowledge in Digital Electronics at St Lawrence College - Kingston and has explored Organizational Behavior Studies at St. Lawrence College - Brockville.
