Andreas Brandl

Andreas Brandl has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Andreas is currently serving as the Director of Operations Support at Serendipity Labs since June 2021. Prior to that, they founded their own company, Coworking Plus - The Coworking and Hospitality Consulting Company in September 2020.

Before founding their own company, Andreas spent several years at Serendipity Labs, where they held various roles. Andreas served as the Director Of Operations from December 2019 to September 2020, Director of Franchise Success from February 2019 to December 2019, and Area Director/ West Region from August 2018 to February 2019. Andreas also briefly worked as the New Lab Opening Director in May to July 2018 and as a General Manager from September 2014 to May 2018.

Prior to their tenure at Serendipity Labs, Andreas worked at Swissotel Chicago as the Director of Front Office from July 2013 to June 2014. Andreas also gained experience at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as the Director of Front Office from May 2012 to April 2013.

Earlier in their career, Andreas held various positions at New York Palace Hotel, including Director of Front Office from June 2011 to May 2012, Front Office Manager from August 2010 to June 2011, and Assistant Manager Front Office from January 2008 to August 2010. Andreas began their career at Madinat Jumeirah as the Club Lounges Manager at Al Qasr Hotel from June 2004 to May 2007.

Andreas started their career in the hospitality industry as a Hotel Management Trainee at Steigenberger Hotels AG in September 1996. Andreas later served as a Front Office Shiftleader from December 2001 to June 2004.

Andreas Brandl attended Hoehere Handelsschule Paderborn from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management. During their education, they did not obtain a degree. In addition to their formal education, they also received certifications in Effective Upselling Technique from Steigenberger Hotels & TSA, Property Service Trainer (train the trainer) from Starwood Hotels, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from Dorchester Collection.
