Karen Morlas

Karen Morlas has extensive experience in commercial management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Directrice commerciale at Cogedim since September 2022, Karen previously held the same title at CELIA CREATION from January 2021 to September 2022, and at VINCI Immobilier from September 2009 to September 2020. At VINCI Immobilier, responsibilities included developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies while managing sales and marketing teams. Earlier roles included Responsable commercial, focusing on the commercialization of new real estate programs, and Négociateur commercial at URBAT and European Homes. Karen Morlas obtained a DUT in techniques de commercialisation from ESCS Limoges and the Université de Limoges.
