Eunice Lin Nichols

Eunice Lin Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eunice began their career as a Senior Research Associate at Dove Consulting, where they developed product expansion strategies for various clients. Eunice'sresponsibilities included statistical analysis, scenario modeling, competitive benchmarking, brand evaluation, and market prioritization. Eunice then moved on to Aspiranet, a leading California child welfare agency, where they served as the Director of Encore & Intergenerational Programs. In this role, they led statewide initiatives to expand the social contributions of older adults. Eunice successfully scaled Experience Corps and launched EncoreConnect, a social incubator for mid/late-life career transitions.

After their time at Aspiranet, Eunice joined Menlo Church as the Catalyst Project Manager and Director of Ministry Development. Eunice played a key role in re-envisioning and transforming the 140-year old church, empowering congregants to increase their impact in the community. Eunice organized ideation events and created a ministry accelerator blueprint to equip congregants in launching, piloting, and scaling their ideas.

In 2013, Eunice joined CoGenerate (Formerly Encore.org), where they held several positions. As the Vice President of Innovation, they led the Gen2Gen campaign and The Purpose Prize initiative, mobilizing adults 50+ to support the younger generation. Eunice also served as Co-CEO, shaping the organization's work in bringing older and younger people together to co-create the future. Eunice'sresponsibilities included setting strategy, overseeing fundraising and development, designing and launching new initiatives, advancing thought leadership, developing strategic partnerships, managing teams, and championing DEI efforts.

Furthermore, Eunice has been a Fellow at The Billions Institute, contributing their expertise to their work. Overall, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to social impact and innovation throughout their career.

Eunice Lin Nichols attended Williams College from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
