Megan Clark

Megan Clark has extensive experience in finance and accounting, spanning a variety of roles in different organizations. Megan is currently the Senior Director, Controller at Cogent Biosciences, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Controller at Cogent Biosciences from August 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Cogent Biosciences, Megan worked as the Associate Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting at Axcella from March 2020 to August 2020. Megan also held the position of Associate Director, Assistant Controller at Unum Therapeutics from April 2019 to March 2020. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience at EY, where they worked as a Senior Manager Audit from October 2016 to March 2019, an Audit Manager from 2013 to September 2016, an Audit Senior from 2010 to 2013, and an Audit Staff from 2008 to 2010. Megan began their professional journey as an Audit Intern at EY in June 2007. Megan also has internship experience at Summit Partners as an Intern from September 2006 to January 2007, and at Fidelity Investments as an EPS Risk Management Intern from May 2006 to August 2006.

Megan Clark obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Boston University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained a CPA certification in June 2013.
