Todd E. Shegog

Todd E. Shegog is the current Director at Cogent Biosciences. Prior to their current position, Todd served as the CFO for FORMA Therapeutics, Inc., Synlogic, Inc., and FORUM Pharmaceuticals (formerly Envivo Pharmaceuticals). Todd began their career in finance at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., The Takeda Oncology Company in April 1998 and served as SVP Finance & CFO until March 2014.

Todd E. Shegog has a MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College.
